Ships unloading cargo\, crowded streets\, open shops\, street vendors\, handbills. A crowd circles an inventor and his curious new machine\, an artist hangs a fresh canvas inside a museum\, a salesman pitches a passerby on tickets to a show in front of a colorful broadside. \nWe are the counter that connects the pressroom\, where ink rolls into empty pages\, compositors set type\, the freshly printed sheets become a stack of newspapers bundled with twine\, runners weaving through crowded streets with penny papers for sale.
