Award-winning since 2014. Our Summer TeenTigerTV 2024 is all about U. We encourage young people (ages 15-21) interested in media production or advocacy to inquire through the website, or just show up.
#TeenTigerTV is free, flexible, and tailored to participants’ interests media skills development program. Our annual six-week summer program begins July 15th. If life allows, the best option for the full experience is to show up on July 15th at 10 am.
Summers are full of other things like family vacations so we are flexible. You can still join in any Mon-Wed between 10 -4 on or after July 15th.
Who can come: We offer training and support for all high school-age youth in Wallingford. Youth from neighboring communities can participate, if we are not a capacity. So if interested inquire. It may work out. Sometimes we feed you.
Teams explore a variety of media formats related to graphics, storytelling, TV, and film. These skills will prepare you to enter video festivals. We encourage our participants to enter the C-SPAN competition studentcam.org.
If you applied to Workforce Alliance Summer Employment through Wallingford Youth & Social Service we are a host site. You can be paid to participate in this program.
